All this developmental stuff I’m doing…

At this point I’m not ruling out anything but the hook is “insanity” can you keeping doing what you have always done and expect to be ok?

In 5% of the cases yes because strong core DQ-BLUE is always postponing gratification, or spending less than they have and no matter which side of rock candy mountain you’re on—it works!

But the other 95% of us…

I’m still trying to formulate the approach but it’s NOT COACH TRAINING!

That can come, as can other pieces we have.

Do we do this through leadu?

Probably.

Will it have to contain ValuDYNAMICS?

Probably.

But LeaderW@RE is also running in the background and people will see that as it’s revealed as the 7 components are VITAL as a part of BDHBC @F-L-O-W and are designed to run as an operating system in the background for these applications.

We have a CRISIS period between Sept 2018 and about 2023 broadly, and that’s going to make or break a lot of folks.

The problem is, the longer you wait to design, the fewer choices you will have to design with.

So hope and fear…

Of course overlain onto and with, power, avoidance (accountability), achievement, (author-ity), and affiliation (responsibility)…

This is all tricky stuff because when you’re trying to appeal to all basins, you end up with a hodgepodge looking set of linkages that most people will strip away.

Since you asked and are probably intrigued by vD…

There is a school (modern) of thought that GT-YELLOW is a vS (value SYSTEM) which is able to combine, integrate and amalgamate the vS leading up to it. (Short answer).

But that’s not true for a couple of reasons although it’s convenient;)

Of course, it depends on your generator—SDGRAVES generator seems to be “social complexity” (SC), although he never said it or wrote about it anywhere, but as to what could have generated what he/they and others have generated can’t be too far away and there is now a pretty good research piece which I’ve posted that all the development systems point to that heritage…excepting mine (of course).

Since a use a networked model, social complexity is not the main core of my theory, although using culture one has to embrace it. Yet, my networked model of development doesn’t show or rely on progression as a mainstay but only as an influencer.

To skip to the chase about GT-YELLOW being an integrator rather than a unique set of values different from those that preceded it launches us in a different direction.

That, my friend is a whole other bag of cats.

So if we pretend, in the first case, that GT-YELLOW is an integrator rather than a disintegrate then we go off in a different direction;)

Some perturbation…in the for what its worth or throw out immediately dept… (and from someone who has been deeply impacted for the positive from application of the @FLOW framework)

I suspect the bigger marketing problem for @FLOW is that it minimally requires systemic capacity to use effectively (ticket into the game), and more accurately it is a meta-systemic system at its core. It can be marginally effective for a period of time with lots of scaffolding (e.g. a coach with systemic or meta-systemic capacity) but that is a big lift/ask.

Even more daunting, my sense is that it generally requires a capacity to take perspective on oneself, perhaps not continuously, but quite frequently. That is a level of ego complexity that is post-conventional at a minimum.

The only way to deal with this level of complexity is dumb it down into algorithms that people run (blank slate) or turn it into a belief system that people can align to (again blank slate).

So the paths to connecting with non-systemic / non post-conventional capacity inevitably runs through blank slate. (to get an audience anyway)

@FLOW is a rarified tool to frame/engage reality that is a 1 -5% game. FWIW, I do not see this as a negative, unless the progenitor of the system wants to apply it (create the bridges) to the 99%.

I would postulate that it is silliness to even talk about GT-YELLOW that does not at a minimum have the capacity to understand Tier 0 and Tier 1 value basins as essential building materials for creating, and that 99.9% of us are being lived via these value basins that we are genetically wired for.

Like there is no life without water or air or sun…

And I’d suspect the bar is even higher than this in the sense that the understanding must be embedded as a felt sense from moment to moment.

Don’t know if that is integration or disintegration, but GT-YELLOW underload must have facility with the building materials, and if competent can dial up / dial down (mostly via design) the value basins (and their attenuating capacities) as needed for what is being developed/created/implemented/discovered, etc. Otherwise, you have faux-yellow (which is almost always generated from Orange, not Green) or an anemic early developmental capacity with GT-Yellow.

That is a tall order and again requires Kegan-esq stage 4 and/or 5 and likely post-conventional ego complexity. Also, requires systemic capacity just to get a ticket in.

Mike, you now get to decide if you are a sweet gentle whale shark or bull shark. 🙂 (LOL – hopefully some of this is helpful to you)

I don’t know what to say, lot of complexity here in differing directions and it’s helpful thanks.
